My earliest memories of taking photographs are from Westman Island as a kid visiting family. I used to get disposable cameras and remember the excitement waiting to seeing the pictures developed that I still have to this day. I realised early that it was a good way to keep memories of my childhood so I kept getting more disposable cameras that I took along to school trips and to my grandmothers farm.

In 2013 I attended the Film School of Iceland, however I did not enjoy my time there and quit after the first semester. Still wanting to make films and above all - write screenplays I bought my first DSLR which was a Canon 60D. Finding it difficult to get some friends together for a project I got more and more into photography as the only thing required is you and your camera.
